Zhejiang Longcheng Forging Co., Ltd. was established in 2003. Longcheng covers an area of 19,500 square meters and owns 5T electro-hydraulic hammer, 2T electro-hydraulic hammer, 1T air hammer, 750KG air hammer, 250KG air hammer, 2T hammer per each and 3 Horizontal/vertical ring mills, 7 natural gas furnaces, 2 heat treatment furnaces, 11 metal band sawing machines, 7 horizontal/vertical lathes. Its annual production capacity is 18,000 tons.

The company has Belec Portable Optical Emission Spectrometer, Dongyi Optical Emission Spectrometer (desktop), universal tensile testing machine, impact testing machine, impact test cryogenic instrument (-60℃), ultrasonic flaw detector, magnetic particle flaw detector and metallurgical microscope 500 Times per each, Brinell hardness tester, infrared thermometer 2 each.

We have 60 staff, including 15 professional technicians; we can produce large and small free forging and die forging products, which are widely used in power station, petrochemical, metallurgy, machinery, light industry and other industries.
